The APCs is a nonprofit association is classified as an NGO (Non Governmental Organization for Development), which has as its object the provision of expert assistance, technical or administrative provision to persons or entities, public or private, domestic or foreign, through their senior staff members, willing to offer their knowledge and experience without the basic remuneration and without any spirit of competition with other associations or consultancies.
